Components
A component is a piece of a workout that you can save to the database. You might want to save a component when you find yourself taking the same steps over and over again while building workouts. An example of this might be a preferred warmup. Another reason why you might want to save a component is that it was involved or time consuming to build the steps in the first place. An example of this might be a Pyramid type of interval pattern which could involve 5 or more steps.

To delete a component first select [Workouts] [My Components] from the Main Menu. A list of all of your components will be displayed. Locate the component you want to delete on the list, and then click the [Delete] button for that component.
