Multi Select Blocks
Workout Builder gives you the ability to select multiple side-by-side blocks for the either the purpose of pasting the blocks all at once to extend a complex interval pattern over multiple reps, or to save those blocks as a workout component that can be added to future workouts with a single click. To multi select a group of blocks:
- hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the blocks you want to include. The border of the selected blocks will thicken and change color to yellow to indicate the selection.
- To cancel Multi Select mode take your finger off the Ctrl key and click any block.
In the image below the author is using Multi Select to record a VO2Max "hard start" interval pattern. The standard interval block doesn't work for this task because it only has space for 1 "on" and 1 "off" sections.
