Curating Interval Advisor Source Rides

The Interval Advisor AI uses your rides as a basis for making recommendations regarding your interval training. However there are times when an interval session doesn't go as planned, and there are extenuating circumstances. For instance maybe you get a flat, or a mechanical in the middle of an effort, and the whole session is cut short as a result. When that happens, you need to tell Interval Advisor the ride doesn't represent a strong effort, and that Interval Advisor should not use the ride in formulating recommendations. To do this you:

1. Navigate to the ride page you want to disallow
2. Click on the Edit Ride tab
3. Click No from the Interval Advisor Source dropdown list
4. Click Save to save the ride.
