Adding A Workout
From the main menu click [Workouts][Add Workout]. The Workout Builder screen will appear. From there start building the workout blocks:
- Click on one of the standard block type buttons, or 1 of your zone blocks to configure the screen for that block type. Then fill in the wattages/durations required for that block type. Clicking the [Build Block] button or press alt+b on the keyboard will build the block at the insertion point in the workout graph section.
- Alternatively if you've saved a component you can add the component to the graph by clicking that component's button on the components section of the screen.
- Continue building blocks until the workout is complete. Add the workout to the database by clicking the [Save] button on the Header section of the screen
